Returns & Exchanges

At Zinity, we would like to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase from Zinity, we offer a one-time exchange on your order of products equivalent or lower than the purchase price, or a full refund. 

Please note that: 

  • Only faulty items or wrong items received will be eligible for returns and exchanges.
  • We only offer a one-time exchange on any given order.
  • Return & Exchange is only valid for 7 days after the date of delivery.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipment.
  • No exchanges or refunds are allowed for promotional or discounted products.

To raise a return / exchange request, please contact our Customer Support via email at zinitysg@gmail.com. Upon receiving your product, kindly do an immediate inspection on your order and contact us via email immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Once a request has been raised, instructions will be given to you to do the exchange once approved. Do read the instructions below on how to raise an exchange request. 

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per purchase. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Do note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Instructions for Return(s)

If you decide to do a return for your online purchase, please first contact our Customer Service team via email. Kindly follow these steps so that we can better facilitate your return request:

1) Please send an email to our Customer Service Team with the following information:

          a. Full Name 

          b. Order Number ID (e.g. PNDSG000XXXX)

          c. Item(s) to be returned 

          d. Reason(s) for the return (Faulty item or Wrong item)

          e. Choice of either product exchange or refund 

2) Our Customer Service Team will contact you within the next 3 business days to acknowledge your request and confirm your details. The return address will then be provided through the email.

3) Once your return request is approved by our Customer Service Team, our team will send you a e-return form where you have to print out and fill in. Please pack the completed Return Form together with the item(s) in the original Zinity packaging in the parcel as instructed. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the  proof of purchase. 

4) Do send the item(s) that you wish to return to the address given by courier within 7 business days. The refund or product exchange will only be processed after we have received your items. 

5) If you have opted for a product exchange, we will send a code for you to use for your online order. For example, the product transaction is $15. We will provide you a voucher capped at $15 for you to use for the purchase, where you can select the items you would like to have. If the total bill is more than $15, the remaining payment will be made by the consumer. Shipping fee will be free. 

If you have opted for a refund, your refund(s) should appear on your bank statement within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank/card issuer. Please contact your bank/card issuer directly should you have any further clarifications pertaining to your refund(s).

**Please note that the customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the item(s) to Zinity and be responsible for the safety of the delivery. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the refund is completed from our end.
